In this video we get an insight into the famous Arnold Schwarzenegger’s rigorous training methods which he used to get into shape while he was intensely involved in bodybuilding.
We learn throughout that it is not only what you are capable of lifting but also the mindset and mentality that goes with it. Arnold explains that once he used various different methods to “shock” his muscles/body so that his body will never be able to know what training is about to take place. In other words the different variety of weights used and different workouts allowed him to work out his body completely he never allowed himself to have the same routine.
